Change begins with an experiment.

In Consulting, we clarify the core concern and develop a testable hypothesis or possible solution. In the Lab, that approach is tried in practice within a controlled space for experience and learning.

Participating teams work with real tasks, observe impact together and document what works, what needs adjustment and what should be discontinued.

The Lab creates a reliable setting in which learning and decision-making reinforce each other.

Clear timeframe

A Lab with a clearly defined timeframe

Hypothesis We define the expected effect and how it would become observable.
Experiment A team or clearly scoped area tests the approach under real conditions, for example over one month.
Review Participants assess together what worked, what created friction, and what was surprising.
Decision Based on the findings, decide whether to conclude, adjust in a targeted way, or extend in a next timeframe.
